I keep picturing in my mind building a small cabin next to the house, maybe 12 by 16 or 12 by 24 feet (25 sheets of plywood, 27 sheets of drywall, 27 sheets of plywood siding, roofing, some windows, doors, plumbing and wiring). I could have a snug little house with running water, and electricity for under $5,000.
